Our Contest winner for October was member BigSal.  He received a Ryobi Angle Grinder Kit for the following story.

My biggest estimating blunder was... 

"I was preparing several proposals all due in the same week for similar jobs.  I somehow switched 2 of the estimates and sent them to the wrong contractors.  I didn't realize it until the jobs were already awarded to someone else.  Turns out, that if I had taken the time to look them over enough to notice, I would have been awarded both jobs!"  OOPS!
